What's wrong with my laptop? - 4

I started watching the movie Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone on DVD two days ago on my laptop

Twice it has now happened that the film paused briefly and then a few seconds later, the film suddenly continues to be pixelated

But once it looked even worse, almost the entire screen was dark

What could be the reason and how can you fix this problem?

I watch films relatively seldom and therefore do not use the Leawo program regularly

It looks like the laptop can't keep up with the decoding. Try turning off services in the background. If that doesn't work, try another program to watch DVD.

Install the VLC player times

Otherwise the drive may be dirty or defective. If the disc is clean…

I agree and would first clean the drive. There are enough tips on YouTube on how to clean the laser.
