Do you know a good program with which I can control my Android device over PC?

So we're doing bluetooth chat right now, and since I can't handle writing vertically using virtual keyboard, I'd like to try using my laptop to control my phone. It should not land on the Internet but mindistens directly via router or via Bluetooth.
