Problem with installing Minecraft?

So I have a small problem when installing Minecraft on the PC. I've had minecraft before and have still installed it on the laptop but have installer on the laptop. I've already tried logging in to the site and downloading but then they think they need a confirmation email from my parents which is completely weak because I'm not 12 anymore. But well, anyway, I have already tried it with the email confirmation of my 2 Email but then suddenly want me to pay something and now I do not know more. Maybe someone knows a way.
