Looking for an all-round notebook up to around 700 euro?

Since I have no idea about PC components and I get confused with all the graphics card names, I ask the question here.

Does anyone have a tip as to which notebook is quite good in terms of performance and costs around 600-700 euro?

Have nothing against used or reconditioned devices.
