Sso Quest Expulsion does not work?

So I have a question for the people who play Star Stable Online xd. Have you ever had the problem that the green question mark is shown in the wrong place on the map during a quest? I'm on the quest to get to Epona, still in Firgrove. I talked to the councilman and should now meet him (as well as Gretchen + parents) at Mr. Kembell's house. As soon as I accept the quest, the green exclamation mark appears in the Everwind fields (but there's absolutely nothing to be found here) & if I still ride to Mr. Kembell's house (where I'm supposed to go according to the quest) there are Gretchen, her parents and the councilman, but there's absolutely nothing I can do. I looked on YouTube and normally you should ride to the house where the councilor etc. Are standing, but there should still be Mr. Kembell & then there's also a green exclamation mark above this. Only that is not the case with me. I have now found no one on the Internet with the same problem and therefore do not know what to do. I have already logged out several times & restarted to restart the quest, restart the laptop etc. But nothing worked. Have any of you ever had a similar problem and know what to do?
