Job center overpayment?

Already got alg 2 a year ago and had an overpayment due to starting work, which I also repay in monthly installments of 30 euro.

Now I have applied for alg 2 again and have a surplus of almost 400 euro this month, so I was paid almost 400 euro too much because I still had hours on the azk at my company and the remaining payment was now higher than expected.

Can it be that the job center now says, well, then reduce your work by half to settle the debt, or can I also say I would like to clarify this myself with the debt collection service?

I worry that my benefits will be reduced so much that I can no longer pay my monthly costs (220 euro for contracts, etc.) …

(I need the surplus that you have now for a laptop and other things to write applications, in case someone says I should just not spend the "surplus" money)

They can credit the 400 euro once and give you 50 euro for example! But you have to pay your rent if you have your own apartment!

You spend money on saws that you don't need! Then it is clear that you always have money problem!

A typewriter would have done it too or you write by hand that is still possible because nowhere you have to apply via pc or only by machine!

Now I have applied for alg 2 again and this month I have a surplus of almost 400 euro, so I was paid almost 400 euro too much

well then just pay it back directly.

And again someone who doesn't understand the point of this forum, you say you spend money on saws that you don't need! Dan it is clear that you always have money problem! "

1. Did I write in my question that I NEED a laptop, because an online application is best provided for the positions I'm applying for (as for almost all positions)

2. Handwritten applications are rarely seen these days.

3. Didn't say anything about constant money problems

Jobcenter is not wrong, pay and do what they ask of you, you've been on their shoulder for over a year

Ma

The JobCenter will count your income - apart from the tax exemption - when determining the amount of the benefit entitlement.

Depending on your income, this can be up to 100%.

No, I'm not, I said I had alg2 a year ago and have been working recently

Unfortunately I can't tell you anything about that.

But: don't get angry about the moral schoolmasters who are here.

I wish you that your job will soon work out again!
