I bought the Extended Edition of Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit. So far I have only seen the three Lord of the Rings movies. All six discs produce a tearing effect in the middle. I use the program Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 (was with external drive for my laptop). For all other films (Blu ray and DVD) this is not so. Should I send the box back or what could be the mistake?
Just send it back… It does not make any mistakes. I understandably want a flawless product for my money.
The best would be to send back! But what is the difference between the normal movies and the extendet edition?
Extended = Extended. The films are on average half an hour longer.
