I have a notebook which is very stable and works continuously. The only problem is, when I wake this from standby mode, a blue screen almost always comes up and the PCMCIA slot does not work for 30-40 minutes. After that, however, without any problems.
No major software or hardware changes were made during that time.
Who can help me?
Blue screen parameters as a picture in the attachment…
Hardware: FSC Lifebook E8420 with NVidia graphics and Win 7
The error indicates that the computer is having difficulty reading data from the hard drive / SSD or from the main memory. I would start with checking the storage media and main memory for errors.
If there's a memory card in the PCMCIA slot, this may be the problem.
The problem seems to be known.

Hope it helps!
I tried the suggestion there and tried the built-in SSD with CHKDSK but without any errors…
I checked the SSD via Linux Live OS and did so without any errors. However, in MEMTEST I had exchanged error blocks and the one 4GB RAM bar for another… The error in MEMTEST is gone but the same blue screen appears in the same situation… There's nothing in the PCMCIA slot… There was always a USB 3.0 extension in there SD card reader is also empty.
It's a shame, I can't think of anything anymore, because the memory should be readable without errors. Maybe create the Windows swap file again (but don't know whether Windows 10 still allows this at all). Or look in the event viewer to see whether other abnormalities are logged in addition to the dump.
The operating system is windows 7 64bit ultimate… Unfortunately, this OS has to because of the measuring programs and parallel hardware
