I recently bought a laptop from a large electrical chain. Well, 2 months after purchase, various defects turned out - Bluetooth function not working properly, incorrect indication of the remaining battery power, scratches from the rear edge.
The local branch would like to send in the laptop for a warranty check - however, this is not possible for me because the laptop is required and can't be dispensed with for several weeks.
What options do I have? Is an immediate exchange not possible without sending in?
The store may reserve the right to request a repair or replace the device. You can only insist on a complete exchange after two unsuccessful repairs. You could theoretically request a temporary replacement device in time, but realistically you won't get far
You have to wait and see because Media Markt has to send it in first and have it checked whether you are lying or not.
But as far as I know, complained devices are never dived. Complained devices will be repaired and returned.
