Since I'm learning graphic design, I'm considering buying the ipad pro 2020 but I'm still unsure whether a laptop is the better choice, allersings this would not have a touch so I would like to know whether someone knows whether the ipad pro 2020 works well with Adobe Photoshop is usable and also Blender or is it more comfortable with the mouse than with touch?

The apps do not support many functions of the Adobe programs. And I think you will need them if you are halfway serious about graphic design. It is not clear whether and when the functions will be submitted later.

So if you have the money for an iPad Pro, buy a PC or laptop.

What would you say about a laptop do you have to pay attention to? In comparisons, I've often seen Microsoft Surface 3 as the winner for graphic design and used programs, as well as countless Apple products, but then the prices shoot up too much for me

So

From the perspective of a power user (professional photographer / filmmaker):

I got an iPad Pro two years ago because Adobe announced Photoshop for the iPad.

But it's a really tough challenge for your nerves! With a lot of effort and hardship you can manage little things, I had to switch to the PC too often.

There are no existential filters and the like, as well as a professionally usable user interface. The only thing that can really be used 100% without restriction would be Adobe Lightroom. Working with Photoshop has cost me a lot of time, as no effective workflow can be created due to the restrictions that the app currently has.

There's also no full-fledged Adobe Illustrator, the only app that comes close to that is Vectornator and it is really excellent and very professional. Unfortunately, Vectornator is not an industry standard, so it won't do you any good. It's a shame again because it's free! Affinity Designer is too unstable and costs.

Of course there's no Blender, only an approximation with Shade, which is also a node-based application. But in my opinion it is not professional.

For the money, the new Macbook AIR M1 would be the right choice for you! Powerful, excellent screen with P3 color space and all common applications run smoothly (everything from the Creative Cloud, Cinema 4 D, Blender and much more.)

You don't do much about touch in this area anyway when it comes to the professional level, mostly you work with Wacom tablets from the Intous or Cintiq series. Then you are just as mobile with a Macbook and when you are at home at your desk or in business it is very easy to use on a screen (with USB-C to HDMI adapter).

Hope could help you.

Then I'll look around for the Mac Book Air M1.

With pleasure!
Briefly mentioned below about your request:

With normal PCs that run with Windows, you have the problem that new generations are required on the Intel / AMD processors, which is more expensive.

You also need a lot of RAM, at least 16GB, more like 32GB to be safe in the future.

The most expensive is the graphics card, you should be able to use at least 4GB here.

Graphics and RAM are paid for with a lot of money in the laptop. Really useful devices would be, for example, the Dell XPS 13, which costs 1,570 euro in the cheapest variant.

You can get the Macbook AIR M1 for 1100 euro.

Above all, you need one thing: a big screen. Neither a tablet nor a notebook has it. So either an iMac, preferably with a 27 "or a laptop with an external 24" screen, it should have, I worked on 19 "for a short time, but that is torture. For clean work you have to see your object big, then the many open ones Pallets…

So from 2 x 19 "" upwards and never, but never smaller, if you want to leave the purely occasional hobby area.

P.S. Have a G5 with Adobe Creative Suite 4.5 for little money on offer. Not new but has done a professional job until recently.
