A good used Fujitsu or Lenovo with warranty could do it.
8 GB Ram and possibly Full HD as a tip, as of 2014, almost all "business laptops" should have a sufficient processor. Matt display too.
A good all-rounder costs between 400 euro and 500 euro. With it you can do everything as well as playing high demanding games.
