How much does a computer / laptop appraisal cost?

My computer is broken. A repair shop should look at it tomorrow (not repair it).

How much does a pure fault diagnosis cost? I just want to know what's broken. Approximately how much does it cost to have this found out?

Actually you can't say that beforehand. If the shop is good, it will be quick and cost little. But there's hardly anything like that. You always have to count on 50 euro. Of course, I could easily make the thing fit again for you, anyone with a little expertise can do that.
