Take over training if the boss has not commented?

I finished my training as an IT specialist in application development this week on Monday, January 18th. I sent my boss an email two weeks beforehand, in which I asked if I would be taken on (would have preferred to do it personally, but not possible due to Corona and home office). So far there has been no exchange on the topic and I thought it would be a yes. He took 5 days to do this and then sent me an answer. Quote: "Of course, this is difficult in the current situation, but I'll ask the teams if there's a need. Can you also provide me with a CV". It wasn't a no or a yes. So after my exam I went to the company and reset my laptop for the vocational school and handed it in because I no longer need it. After the exam, I continued to work with his knowledge and read on the Internet that an open-ended employment contract would result. Then 3 days after my exam my email account was blocked by the company. I don't know what to do now, wait to see if something comes out or apply somewhere else or how I should go about the permanent employment contract. I no longer have proof that there was no yes or no to my question about a takeover without my email account…

I'm / was the first trainee in my company and my boss is also the trainer at the same time, but he didn't really take care of it, e.g. I don't even have a job reference that I can show with the applications. The certificates from the vocational school will only arrive in 2 months.

Once you passed the exam and your apprenticeship was over, your boss would not have let you continue working - this can also create an employment relationship!

But actually that's a cheek you don't even have to say what is now your boss has maybe fobbed you off with a city to give you an answer!

Get out of work and apply somewhere else and clarify whether you have already worked as a specialist Dan who, then, your boss can't behave like that because he let you work and he would have to quit you, which he didn't even do!

Your job reference has nothing to do with the vocational school! So you can ask for that and you should and whoever he says he has no time Dan answer him that you can't start anywhere else without that and you will hold him liable to Dan if you can't apply for a job because of that!

You have to ask for a job reference and you should do that as soon as possible! But get the secret language of the bosses because it can say something different than what you usually read!

Your boss seems to be overwhelmed.

Normally you clarify the takeover (that's what we were told in the vocational school) months in advance.

But now applies to you

Tell him that! So he has to terminate you normally if you are not using it.

Go to work first and sort it out immediately. Must also be in his sense.

Otherwise ask at the IHK!

Sorry, I really can't understand such trainers / bosses / companies👿

All the best!
