I recently had the "wrong parameter" error message for all Windows apps. I reset the laptop several times, loaded partitions and even reinstalled Windows but the problem was still there. So, laptop returned, old laptop taken and like error message suddenly appears again. I don't know the cause or how to fix it. Troubleshoot, chkdsk, reinstallation etc. Have all been done but the error is still there. Apps like Task Manager and various installers like e.g. Have to be opened as Admin, which is also annoying. Mmc was also empty and apps with admin rights such as regestry can't be opened anymore. For both I installed a program shortly before (laptop 1. Wemod, laptop 2. Hat in time).
edit: .exe files can also not be executed
Please help me since I have to finish my project work this week and need this laptop
Change the system. And get lubuntu https://lubuntu.net/.
Thanks but I like the function and interface of windows more. I already got used to it and it's more convenient for me. If absolutely nothing works I'm gonna try this out
