Windows reinstallation on laptop?

I got a laptop for school, but the eMMC memory is very small and slow. That's why I got a M.2 42mm so it is faster and has more space. How can I install Windows from the laptop to the M.2? Does a laptop have an accessible bios? Would be very grateful for answers!

Install M2. Create a USB stick with the Microsoft media creation tool and then boot and install windows. With the bios you have to look at the manufacturer or google times best.
