Windows 10 Bad Bluetooth quality?

I have Bluetooth headphones, and I want to use them with my laptop. When I listen to music by mobile phone, everything works fine, but on the pc the sound quality is extremely bad and occasionally the sound just stops, even if the music continues to play on the pc.

90% of this is not due to Windows but to the hardware, ie the Bluetooth module. Otherwise already restarted computer? Sound Driver Updated?

Your problem I know: On my Win10 Lenovo laptop with Bose headphones as a Bluetooth remote station was the same. Solution: Use external Bluetooth USB dongle, disable internal Bluetooth adapter, reconnect headset.
