Yesterday my laptop crashed and no longer gives a signal. Can't boot it up either. There are also no indicator lights - for example from the battery / power supply unit. Nothing happens at all.
The laptop is 1 year and a few months old and not damaged (never dropped or anything). However, I sometimes heard a little rustling in the case, as if a small screw had loosened - but I never dared to look.
Can you tell me whether it's just the power supply or the battery?
Then doesn't he still have a guarantee?
Is something covered by the guarantee?
It could be the power supply. If that is defective, it ran until the battery was completely empty and then went out. Hence it would also be the explanation why there's no more reaction now. If you don't have a multimeter with which you can measure the voltage at the plug, take it to the nearest electrical shop and have it checked there.
