Of course, that also depends on the age of the device, but that's the disadvantage of notebooks, because you can't replace a component as easily as with a PC, but is always dependent on experts or in many cases also on the new purchase.

The thing is logically no longer worth the 600 euro of the purchase, but now rather 200 euro (estimate). A repair, which would have to be carried out by a specialist, would certainly go in the direction of over 100 euro, and then you simply have to ask yourself whether it is no longer worthwhile for you to buy a new laptop.
He is now 2 1/2 years old. I mostly only stream music, watch YouTube and do no more surfing. Think maybe it is enough for a 400 euro part.
