I got a permanent license for Word Excel and Powerpoint 2019 for everything when I got my laptop. I'm registered with an email. I have an iPad and want to log in with the account to use Word etc. There. But it doesn't work on the iPad it says: no subscription found on the account.
Does everything work on the laptop?
