Stream from pc to laptop?

I have a pc in front of me to buy, but since my parents are separated I could not use it all the time. So now the question can I control the pc (windows10) with the laptop and stream the image to my laptop?

Would theoretically work with software like TeamViewer or Spacedesk… Whether that would make sense is another question. He also had to run all the time.

Personally, I would advise you against this in this situation if you absolutely want to use it at both locations. Then rather invest real money and get a gaming laptop (this is the first time I recommend something like that, otherwise it is the most terrible thing you can do D.
