A cheap notebook?

Where and how can you buy or get a cheap notebook as a student?

My friend has brought a very smart notebook and has dropped off the tax.

And otherwise eBay. Secondhand shops etc

As?

What how? Deduct from the tax? Write a tax return, can drop off your entire study time and get really good money again. Keep all bills and go to the taxpayer
