Guarantee fraud on ebay?

I bought a laptop on ebay with the indication that the device still has a guarantee. However, it turned out that the guarantee certificate was forged, because in fact something broke and the company didn't know anything about a purchase under the name… Is there anything legally possible to do?

File a complaint about fraud and ask the seller to repair or take back the item, pronto.
