I really like Sims 3, but it always annoys me that it does not run as smoothly as Sims 4. Got only 2 CC stuff. But do you have any tips on how to play Sims 3 more fluently?

If the hardware is no longer here, you can probably do nothing about it. At the most, reduce the graphics setting to a minimum.
What do you mean by two CC things?
Otherwise, make sure that your notebook uses the dedicated graphics card for Sims 3, if available, not the integrated graphics of the processor.
