My laptop already has so laggs and suddenly it now has a bluescreen see picture help.

The system is over, you would have to completely restart the laptop because files that are important for the start have been damaged (e.g. By a virus) or deleted.

Yesterday my little brother turned it off 3 times, I tried everything yesterday to reinstall windows 10 to reset the laptop to install windows 8.1 to install nothing I try today

It says in large & clear that the automatic repair is no longer feasible (who knows what garbage you have downloaded with your guests).

If the "Advanced Options" do not provide a solution (reset to restore point), get the installation DVD and reinstall.
