Since it is a notebook / laptop, you need a 2.5 "hard drive. Since it is certainly quite new, you need one with a SATA connection. IDE has been around for a few years.
Perhaps there are still computer shops open in your area.
If you have an online shop for something near you, you can also pick one up there and pay in cash. Or you go on ebay classifieds. Almost everyone still has a hard drive at home!
