I was playing from my browser for 1 year but then suddenly it stopped working it kept crashing and quiting i uninstalled it and reinstalled but it didnt work i restarted the computer but it didnt work i even uninstalled it restarted the computer and then installed it but no luck then i created a new user and installed it it worked for 2 weeks and then again kept crashing so i installed it from windows 10 store it was working fine up until now i cant shoot pls help

I'm on a DELL touchscreen computer I was on Roblox playing mad city and I couldn't shoot with my mouse but using the screen like a mobile device playing Roblox worked. How do I make Roblox know I'm using a computer and using a mouse and keyboard? also I can't shoot on some other games too unless I use the screen. also another game wouldn't let me play it because it said that it wasn't made for mobile even though I'm on computer.
