Notebook-eligible racist What rights do I have?

During my 4 days working abroad, my notebook broke down. Quickly I ordered a replacement device on the Internet and let it deliver to the branch of the city, as it is urgently needed for the work.

After the pickup I found a defect on the device and brought it back an hour later.

The staff were extremely rude from the start. The only solutions that were offered to me was either to transfer the money back, even though I paid cash, this would take 10-15 days, or to order a new device which would be ready to pick up in the store on Monday. This is also not possible, as I drive home on Friday and the store is a few hundred kilometers away.

They did not want to pay the amount back immediately. Also to my address they did not want to send me the device.

I was annoyed then and said that I had never experienced something like that. A cashier continued answering another coworker in an angry voice: "Then you have experienced it now", turned around and disappeared.

I suspect it was because of my accent. They knew that I did not come from Germany. That's never happened to me. From time to time, there are a few sellers who are not so friendly, but the employees in this Notebooksbilliger branch have exaggerated it completely. If anyone now thinks I had rumgetobt there, cried etc. That was absolutely not the case.

Do I still have any rights as a consumer?

What exactly is "racist" about being served unfriendly by sales staff?

On racial grounds was pure speculation and I do not think it's likely the racists conspired and everyone started working in a shop, everyone was treated unfriendly even without an accent they are just a bad shop and probably to each other even so or you did what triggered that I mean we do not know you at all

I hardly believe that to every customer like that. Then they would have been fired long ago.

You can't prove that they treat you on the basis of your speculation so they can't like you Characteristic simply they should say clearly that it is due to this fact otherwise it remains pure consideration
