Normally, documents are not deleted when they are restored, but shortcuts may be. Try reinstalling these two apps or using the search function in Explorer to find your documents.

Tax Advisor, Libre Office, Epson Printer, and a few more
You can reinstall the printer in the "Settings" under "Devices".
Libre Office is available as a free download.
Unfortunately, I don't know any tax advisor.
