No that doesn't work, if sims 4 supports remote play you can try that. But you need a good internet connection for this and you can't play on the go or outside your apartment / house. But take a look at a YT video. Otherwise it won't work.

That it should be legal is utter nonsense. Just the terms (cracked version) already give everyone an idea that it is illegal. Even if you've already bought the game legally on a console, it doesn't give you the right to crack the PC version.
Example: If you bought a bottle of Coke on the first day and stole a bottle of Coke on the second day and are caught doing it, you can't come with the reason "is not illegal because it is so" or "I have already bought a bottle of Coke, why do I have to pay again?! ".
