A few days ago I bought a new laptop from a computer company. They have everything set up for me. The PC set up, programs I wanted to install and assign a password for the PC. The only problem is that they forgot to put the password on the documents and now I can't get in anymore. On top of that they also have the whole week closed and I do not want to wait forever.
Does anyone know a trick as I come in spite of missing password in the PC.
Which password exactly. The BIOS password, or the window password?
If you log in to MS via an online account and set up a two-step authentication, you will have the option "Forgotten password".
With an offline account you have no chance if you do not know the PW / pin.
Would be even nicer if every Dödel with a 'trick' to your data would come.
What is required directly at the start of the PC
So before Windows even starts?
Yes. I press the start button, wait a minute and then the PC wants the password that I do not know.

What does your screen look like in this condition?
I assume you mean the BIO password that is required right after the PC is turned on. Right?
Right! Right after switching on.
Take the battery from the motherboard, start the PC WITHOUT battery until Win appears. Then shut down Win and turn off again and insert battery and turn it on again. Password is gone, or empty.
