Can't come from the boot menu anymore?

I got a laptop from Fujitsu for my birthday.
It worked fine for the first two months, but now I can't get out of the boot menu. Unfortunately, I can't get any further because that's my first laptop.
Now I'm looking for help.

This is an everyday question that is difficult to answer from a distance. Press ESC times and, if asked, do not save the settings. Then the computer will hopefully restart and load Windows, if available.

Remove the BIOS battery and put it back in. Then the BIOS settings are reset to the delivery status. In most cases this will help.
