Everyone has internet (cell phone, laptop etc.) but my PS4 has no internet. What helps?

Did you connect the LAN cable to the router? What do you mean with no internet you can't find your Wi-Fi in the options?

Yes the LAN cable is connected to the router and I can see the Wi-Fi but I get an error message when I try to connect to it.

Then maybe exchange them or call or write to Ps4 Support
