I would like to use software to severely deteriorate my notebook camera quality so that I can hardly be recognized anymore during a video conference on the Teams platform.

Simply stick an adhesive tape over it until you have the desired effect.
Get cloudy adhesive tape and stick it in front of it.
Or writable adhesive strips and paint with black over them.
Just plug Jack in and stick some matte tape over the camera

OK just tried it. Not a good idea, then you can no longer see anything.
