I wanted to buy a laptop and I dream of producing music myself, which laptop would you recommend? Are there any huge differences when it comes to that?

Laptops are rather unsuitable. A good PC would be cheaper and more sensible!
A mid-range laptop is sufficient.
Appropriate programs for music production are important and you will probably have a larger selection with the Window 10 system, sometimes even for free.
A correct PC would be even more comfortable with more connection options.
The most important thing when producing music in a DAW is the CPU. Sufficient RAM (at least 8GB) and an SSD are also recommended.
Now it depends on the program, what you want to use. I don't think every program can use all the cores and threads of a CPU. With a laptop, the selection is somewhat limited anyway.
Note: It doesn't have to be a 2000 euro device, as long as you don't use many plugins and effects, even a beginner device is enough.
