No internet in working Wi-Fi?

In the middle of a series on Netflix, my laptop decided that the Wi-Fi was generally no longer working. Neither the fixed WLAN nor hotspots go from the mobile phone - the message "No Internet, secured" always appears.

I even get into the settings of the router, which confirms that everything is working properly there.

Does anyone know where the problem could be?
