Laptop boot loop after WIN10 update?

After a failed WIN10 update (reasons unknown), my laptop is caught in the boot loop. It looks like this: The logo appears with the loading screw. Then black screen with a frame (possible start menu window) for approx. 1-2 seconds. Then there are two messages, the first: "An attempt is being made to restore the installation." The second message: "Changes made on the computer will now be undone" I can't go into safe mode (it is possible to use the window whose frame I can only see)

And -Yes on and off does not work.

Ok the funny thing is that I was confronted with this problem too (my sister restarted the laptop during the Windows update). It was actually exactly as you described it. But for me the problem was solved quickly, because I'm actually pretty good at something like that.

The reason for the boot loop are damaged update / Windows files, which is also the worst case scenario if you restarted during updates.

Now for the solution, as I at least fixed it. So you normally get to the Boot Options with the F8 or F12 key (varies) if you press / spam it before starting Windows. Then you have to go to computer repair, to further options and then to start options, there you can select Safe boot. If that doesn't work do the same thing again, only this time you go to the command prompt. Then enter the following commands: sfc / scannow, chkdsk c: / f, bootrec / fixboot and bootrec / fixmbr. Then restart. If it still doesn't work after that, you have to restore or reset the system for better or worse. But you can still back up your data by connecting an external hard drive, going to the command prompt and simply copying the data to the external hard drive using the command copy "path + filename". But before I write any more here, try the above things and otherwise just answer me. Oh and sorry for the bad formatting of the answer, but I quickly wrote it on my phone.

Moin, thanks for the suggestion, but no matter which of these two buttons I press, I can't get to these options.

Ok well then switch the laptop on using the power button and then directly off again by holding the power button for a long time (strangling), if you are lucky, windows will go into the repair settings after 7-10 times.
