I currently have kdinen sound on the Sony TV in the playback of Prime Videos. In addition, the app also aborts, so I can't play forward / back, pause, play can press.
I have it now with the restart of tvs, logout from the app, try / reinstalled. Unfortunately it still does not work. The laptop is…
Something has something to do with the HDMI control. HDMI makes it possible to control third-party devices with other remote controls. Especially in the volume and sound output can almost any HDMI device as somehow "influence" take and make it squeak.
Take off all HDMI cables from TV and then try it. If it goes then, there has been an HDMI device that somehow FALSE responds. For this you can use a "castrated" HDMI cable to connect (as missing then the control line pin 13 on the plug).
Here it is described:

PS:
Of course it can also be that the Smart TV app from Sony is just junk, which is often the case when the TV is already a few years old. From 3-4 years, these TV apps get no more updates, they go bankrupt until they eventually no longer work or crash (like Samsung TV with me). There's the "Amazon Fire TV Stick with Alexa (with Wi-Fi)", this one gets in the offer for fabulously cheap 29 euro, which is connected to the HDMI port and replaces the entire outdated "Smart TV App" -Krempel, so gets the TV a freshness cure, with about 1000 modern apps and everything that goes with them. Have it an old HD TV "Smart" made, works great and fast.
