I have an Amazon Prime account that works everywhere, so on the mobile phone laptop now recently I ordered a TV I wanted to log in then you have to enter this code where it says on TV on a mobile phone in this website and then you are actually right in. For me it was also like that I was in it but as soon as I pressed a film or series it says 30 months for free I will be a Prime member, etc. Although I'm already a Prime member and pay every bill. I've already logged out several times and tried again, but it always says so and I can't look at anything even though I'm actually in my account and there's my name and everything. Would be super nice if someone would help me, thank you.

I can only speak for Android TV (Google Store) or for the Amazon Fire Stick.
I simply installed the Prime App from the Google Store and entered my login data (email and password). Done.
Simply plug in the Firestick Email + PW ready.
