I got my laptop back from the warranty repair today because a display corner has come loose and now I have switched it on and found that the Microsoft Store is missing! Can someone tell me how to reinstall it?
Is it just gone in the taskbar / on the desktop or is it really completely gone?

Press the Windows + R keys at the same time
Enter "regedit (without quotes)
Navigate to the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ WindowsStore
Double click on "RemoveWindowsStore"
See if the value is "0" or "1". If it is on "1", make it a "0" and confirm the whole with "OK".
Restart your PC. The Windows Store should now be back.

In general, it is advisable to remove the hard drive before handing in the PC, if possible. In addition, they didn't have to go to your Windows because there was only something with the display.
