This is on my laptop when I actually wanted to install Zoom. Didn't work so I uninstalled whatever was installed there. But that up there's still there, what is it and how does it go away
Uninstall.
This is the "web bar" if I see it correctly.
Try to see if you can remove the bar with the AdwCleaner.
The program safely removes adware, toolbars, browser hijackers and other unwanted programs from Windows and installed browsers. The program consists of a search mode for analysis and the actual cleanup function.

After downloading the program, you can start right away; no installation is necessary. However, first close all open programs.
You start the search and, at the end, remove all finds by moving them to quarantine. You may end up with a second search result with preinstalled software. You don't have to check the box here. Your PC must then be restarted.
Then reset your browser to the default settings.
Chrome: Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Settings. Then scroll all the way down and click on Advanced. Now select the button "Reset settings to original default values" at the bottom.
Firefox: Enter about: support in the URL bar at the top. Now select the Clean Firefox button in the top right.
