Block Chrome?

On my laptop, Chrome opens every 10 seconds and I can't do anything else anymore, I've already tried to delete Chrome but it opens up.

Go to the Task Manager or restart your laptop (not in safe mode)

I think you should try to delete the virus rather than the best browser.

Look at the task manager, what's all in the car start in there and disable everything that you do not need (you can't break it's there).
