Skype calls are not on my laptop?

I wanted to skype with my girlfriend, which I have always done on the phone, and that's the way it is. Now we both want to Skype on the laptop, but if they want to call me there's that I'm offline and if I want to call them, nothing happens and the icons for it are also displayed so pale.

I have already tried to log in on my other account and there's the same.

It's on the phone.

Can someone help me?

Log out and log in again. With me on the laptop that helped, but I also have the online status manually on and off.
