A user in our company lacks this. Could this be due to a hardware switch on the notebook?
What is the model name / manufacturer?
Bluetooth has been the standard for laptops for many years. In the Control Panel I would remove and reinstall Bluetooth. There's also hardware there, where a yellow warning triangle draws attention to problems. If there's a hardware problem, you need a Bluetooth to USB adapter.
Normally there's a function key for WLAN, which can also activate and deactivate Bluetooth
Lenovo X1
Activation via keyboard must be possible for the price. I will get back to you later.
