OneDrive on an iPad?

I'm considering buying an iPad for my studies. I absolutely need a cloud, but I have nothing else from Apple (and it will stay that way for the time being). I have been using OneDrive for a long time because it is now perfectly integrated in Windows. I never had to upload or download anything to the cloud with my previous laptop, everything was synchronized. It should stay that way.

Can that also be done with the iPad? Or are there other ways that I have everything sync with a cloud?

I'm also willing to pay a few euro per month if it's worth it.

ICloud is available for Apple users. 5 GB for 0 euro. 50GB for 99 cents a month and so on.

OneDrive also runs on Appel. But you also get one from the apple.

I know that there's. But I want to be able to open things on the PC immediately, just press save and it is immediately synchronized in the cloud. Then when I'm at university, I want to be able to open it directly, save it… I don't want to say every time that I have to upload it to the cloud. Regardless of whether on a PC or iPad, it must be synchronized on both devices immediately. Is that possible? If so, then with iCloud or OneDrive?
