Pc keeps restarting with bluescreen, what can I do?

My laptop has not started since this morning, instead I keep getting an error message. Neither automatic repair nor safe mode works.

Slowly I'm really desperate, I can't get in at all: /

Depending on the type of message, it may be a hardware defect or a software problem.

Since most users have not made a sensible "backup" (image file) of the complete Windows, only the compl. NEW installation of windows left.
