Wanted to ask if you can recommend a good laptop with which you can shoot smoothly from a capture card… Then stop switch games and such. Would be good if it were between 500 - 700 euro. And maybe somehow minecraft creates in between or something. I have no idea about it, so it would be nice if you had something

Would recommend a Lappi with Ryzen APU, because it has enough power to play simple titles smoothly.

What you definitely need are 16GB RAM and SSD as main memory. Otherwise you can actually look for something visually appealing. Intel also works with the CPU, of course, but I personally have had better experiences with AMD. Just look for models with the Ryzen 5 3500U or Ryzen 7 3700U.
