Performance and fps problems on a laptop?

I have a problem with my laptop. Again, I can't play a game "wobble" -free. (Witcher, League of Legends) I looked at numbers like FPS, Ms and Task Manager and I just can't find the cause. So of course: The cause of the "jerking" are the fps drops, which drop to 0 every 2 seconds.

The laptop gets quite hot and I think that's a possible cause, but it would still be strange since the games worked just as normal until a few days ago.

Another symptom of this error is that if these performance problems arise, youtube is also affected. When clicking on a video, the videos start without sound, then, after approx. 2 seconds, the video buffers and the sound is played.

If someone has had similar problems here or maybe a suggested solution, you would be incredibly grateful, since I'm on vacation and would like to gamble more intensively and that is not working right now…

A few more sideinfos:

→ NIVIDIA GeForce 820M (according to device manager up to date)

→ Windows 8.1, 64-bit, 8 GB RAM, i5-4200 CPU

You could e.g. Get HWMonitor and watch a little everything. Maybe you will find out more then, is more precise than the task manager

Ca

Your laptop is absolutely not suitable for gaming. Maybe you turned his neck with it

How old is the laptop?

Does he also stand on the bed from time to time?

Is it also loud?

If so, it may be that he has sucked in too much dust and therefore the cooling is no longer sufficient and the graphics card clocks down to protect himself against the heat

I also realize that this is not the measure of all things now, but don't you think playing for a little LOL should that be enough?

Thank you! Is the temperature of the PC also displayed there?

I bought it in 2014. Yes, it was lit on my bed overnight. Do you think he ate too much dust?

Va

Yes, even the individual components. And all other important data too.

Va

I can even play League on my 2012 Thinkpad T430. And only with an IntelHD 4000

Va

Could be that is a problem especially with laptop, because the dust gets caught in it. YT has cleaning instructions

The program will break down the individual values of the built-in temperature sensors in the device, you will probably even see your hard drive / SSD.

Ar

So it should actually be enough for it, it is already suitable for gaming. Stop the latest things, of course, that's logical. You should have the device or the cooling components cleaned.

Small update:

The maximum temperature for all components is a maximum of 60 degrees Celsius
