You can upgrade it. There are bluetooth USB adapters. You can actually get the parts in every electronics store and of course on the Internet.
There are USB Bluetooth adapters for 10 to 15 euro that you can use to upgrade your device.

to what? The thing or its driver must be compatible with the operating system you are using. This is prominently stated in the respective product description.

This is probably the easiest way to retrofit Bluetooth.
The USB outputs on my laptop are all narrow, about 12mm. The adapters offered seem too wide to me, more like 16 mm.
