Would like to switch a remote connection to a PC with a laptop. Not only should the laptop be able to do as it wants, but also the user directly on the PC. The whole thing should be because the laptop does not have enough power to gamble, but the PC has enough
The system on the PC is Win10 pro, i9, 64gb ram, 2x1080TI
So the question is, is that just possible or do I have to set up the PC as a terminal? Provide any other software? And are there any instructions?
You need a server operating system because Win10 only allows ONE session. If you log in remotely, the user logged in on the console will be logged out.
Google for "Terminal Server", "Remote Desktop" and so on…
Oh, and you should keep in mind that Remote Desktop doesn't necessarily have the very best graphics performance.
