What program can I use to test my laptop's webcam?

Do not know if the drivers for the camera are installed, since I have never used them in almost 10 years.

Your laptop should actually have a "camera" program.

You can click on the Windows symbol (if it is a Windows laptop) and search for a camera.

Have a look at the Device Manager. The camera should either be listed as a camera with a suitable driver or as an unknown device.
